Summary

The Designated Beauty Advisor develops deep, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive brand sales and achieve individual and brand targets. This in-store specialist provides expert product knowledge, delivers exceptional customer service, and supports merchandising and floor operations. The role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver extraordinary service and build a loyal personal client base
• Exceed personal and brand sales and service targets
• Share expert product knowledge and participate in educational sessions
• Drive brand sales through client acquisition, marketing opportunities, and event execution
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding events, requests, and follow-up; resolve customer service issues

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum of two years' experience in a commission-based sales environment
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets; prior luxury retail product specialist experience preferred
• Fully bilingual in French and English
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Highly collaborative, entrepreneurial, and able to multi-task with minimal supervision
