Designated Selling Associate - Aventura

As a Designated Selling Associate at Nordstrom in Aventura, you will be passionate about fashion, working closely with customers to drive sales and champion the Burberry Men's Ready to Wear brand. You will lead in customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, and selling, while building relationships with both existing and new customers.

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to enhance expertise and conduct product knowledge meetings.
• Drive business through appointment-based selling and maintain department readiness through stocking and merchandising.
• Grow sales by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
