• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling.

• Participate in product knowledge meetings and provide feedback to improve store assortment.
• Drive sales through appointment-based selling and opening new Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Maintain a customer-ready department through stocking, re-merchandising, and cleaning.
