Job Description

Summary

As a Designated Selling Associate at Del Amo Fashion Center, you will be passionate about fashion and excel in a sales environment. You will drive volume for Nordstrom while championing the Chanel Sunglasses brand, providing exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities
  • Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
  • Seek fashion and product knowledge to build expertise and educate peers.
  • Conduct product knowledge meetings and provide feedback to improve store assortment.
  • Drive business through appointment-based selling and maintain department readiness.
  • Grow sales by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to excel in a competitive team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule based on business needs.
  • Confidence with high/low price points and understanding of customer wardrobe needs.
