Summary

The Designated Selling Associate drives sales for the represented brand while delivering personalized customer service and product expertise. This role builds customer relationships, supports brand education, and contributes to a customer-ready sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, appointments, and customer follow-up.
• Build lasting customer relationships and offer confident guidance on style, fit, and product value.
• Educate customers and coworkers on products, trends, and brand knowledge.
• Maintain the department through stocking, merchandising, displays, markdowns, transfers, and cleaning.
• Support sales growth by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts and sharing product feedback.
