Summary

The Designated Selling Associate represents the House of CB brand and drives sales through personalized customer service, product knowledge, and relationship building. This role supports in-store and digital selling while helping customers find styles that fit their needs and wardrobe.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, appointments, and effective use of selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships, offer confident style and fit guidance, and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and educate peers on brand trends and products.
• Provide product feedback and maintain a customer-ready department through stocking, merchandising, transfers, markdowns, and cleaning.
