The Designated Selling Associate represents Moncler women's ready-to-wear and drives sales through personalized service, product expertise, and customer relationships. The role supports both in-store and digital selling while helping maintain a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, appointments, and customer follow-up.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide knowledgeable guidance on style, fit, and product value.
• Educate peers on brand trends and product knowledge, and share product feedback with the department manager.
• Support merchandising, stocking, displays, markdowns, merchandise transfers, and department cleanliness.
• Help grow sales by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
