Summary

The Designated Selling Associate drives sales for the represented jewelry brand through personalized customer service, product expertise, and relationship building. The role supports in-store and digital selling, appointment-based sales, and a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide confident guidance on style, fit, and product value.
• Educate peers on brand trends and product knowledge, and share product feedback with management.
• Maintain the department through stocking, merchandising, transfers, markdowns, and cleaning.
• Grow sales through appointment-based selling and new rewards program accounts.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer rapport.
• Ability to excel in a competitive team environment, prioritize tasks, and work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to interpret sales reporting and educate customers about products and brands.
• Ability to remain in motion for 6-8 hours per shift and regularly lift up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds.
