As a Designated Selling Associate at Oakbrook Center, you will be passionate about fashion and thrive in a sales environment, working one-on-one with customers to drive volume for Nordstrom while championing the brand you represent. You will lead in customer service, product knowledge education, merchandising, and selling, cultivating relationships with both existing and new customers.

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide honest feedback about style and fit.
• Be flexible and open to performing duties in different departments as needed.
• Seek fashion and product knowledge through meetings and trainings.
• Conduct product knowledge meetings and provide feedback to improve store assortment.
• Drive business through appointment-based selling during events.
• Maintain department readiness through stocking, re-merchandising, and cleaning.
• Grow sales by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
