Summary
Provide exceptional one-on-one customer service and drive sales by representing a designated jewelry brand, building customer relationships, and maintaining product knowledge and merchandising standards. Use in-store and digital selling tools to meet sales goals and support department readiness while occasionally assisting other brands or departments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts
- Provide confident style and product advice, educating customers on fit, value, and wardrobe integration
- Conduct appointment-based selling during events and non-event timeframes
- Lead and participate in product knowledge meetings and share feedback with management
- Support merchandising tasks including stocking, remerchandising, displays, price markdowns, and transfers
- Collaborate with DSAs, stylists, and surrounding departments to drive brand performance
- Use sales reporting to track performance in relation to goals

- Willingness to seek fashion and product knowledge through trainings and meetings

- Physical ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours, including bending and reaching
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
