Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
- Build lasting relationships with customers and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts
- Provide styling guidance and confident feedback on fit and value
- Conduct product knowledge meetings and share brand performance with team
- Drive appointment-based selling during events and non-event periods
- Perform merchandising tasks including stocking, remerchandising, display and price markdowns
- Provide product feedback to the district manager to influence assortment
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
