Designated Selling Associate - SKIMS

Summary

The Designated Selling Associate drives sales and delivers customer-focused service while representing SKIMS. This role builds customer relationships, shares product knowledge, and supports in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, appointments, and customer follow-up.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide confident style, fit, and product recommendations.
• Educate customers, peers, and colleagues on brand products and trends.
• Keep the department customer-ready through stocking, merchandising, markdowns, transfers, and cleaning.
• Grow sales by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts and provide product feedback to management.

• Ability to work effectively in a competitive team and fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and understand sales reporting in relation to goals.
• Knowledge of fashion, customer styling, and product value, with the ability to make relevant recommendations.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
