Summary

The Designated Selling Associate represents SKIMS and drives sales through customer service, product knowledge, and relationship building. This role supports both in-store and digital selling and helps keep the department customer ready.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools, appointments, and customer follow-up.
• Build customer relationships and provide confident guidance on style, fit, and product value.
• Share brand and product knowledge with customers and peers.
• Support stocking, merchandising, displays, markdowns, transfers, and department upkeep.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and review sales performance against goals.
