Summary

The Designated Selling Associate represents UPPAbaby while driving sales and delivering personalized customer service. The role focuses on building customer relationships, sharing product knowledge, and supporting sales across in-store and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, appointments, and effective use of selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide knowledgeable guidance on product value and fit.
• Educate peers on brand trends and product knowledge, and share product feedback with management.
• Maintain a customer-ready department through stocking, merchandising, markdowns, transfers, and cleaning.
• Grow sales by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts and supporting customers with flexible service.
