Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, appointments, and customer follow-up.
• Build customer relationships and provide confident advice on style, fit, and wardrobe needs.
• Share product knowledge and brand trends with customers and peers.
• Support stocking, re-merchandising, displays, markdowns, merchandise transfers, and cleaning.
• Grow sales by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts and review sales reporting against goals.
