Summary
The Designated Selling Associate is a fashion-focused salesperson who builds customer relationships and drives sales for assigned brands through in-person and digital selling. Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through appointment-based and walk-in selling
- Provide styling advice on fit, value, and wardrobe completion for customers
- Run and participate in product knowledge meetings and trainings to stay current on brand trends
- Merchandise, restock, re-merchandise, and maintain department presentation and cleanliness
- Conduct reservations and manage digital selling activities to drive predictable business
- Provide product feedback to the buying leadership to influence assortment decisions
- Open new customer reward program accounts to grow sales and customer loyalty
- Perform occasional duties in other departments as needed to support business needs

- Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for handling merchandise and lifting items up to 25 pounds
