As a Designer Dedicated Salesperson at Fashion Valley, you will be passionate about fashion, working closely with customers to drive sales and champion the Moncler Women's Ready to Wear brand. You will excel in customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising, while building lasting relationships with customers and peers.

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using effective selling tools.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to enhance expertise and educate peers.
• Conduct product knowledge meetings and provide feedback to improve store assortment.
• Drive business through appointment-based selling and maintain department readiness.
• Grow sales by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
