Summary

The Designer Dedicated Salesperson drives sales while delivering personalized customer service and representing a designer brand. The role builds customer relationships, shares product and fashion knowledge, and supports merchandising and department readiness.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, appointments, and customer follow-up.
• Build lasting customer relationships and offer confident advice on style, fit, and product value.
• Educate customers and peers on product knowledge, trends, and brand offerings.
• Support merchandising, stocking, displays, markdowns, transfers, and department cleanliness.
• Help grow sales by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts and sharing product feedback with management.
