As a Designer RTW Sales Associate at our Coral Gables location, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients. You will utilize your fashion expertise and digital tools to enhance the shopping experience both in-store and online.

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality and demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge.
• Improve sales through technology and wardrobing, showcasing products for both remote and in-person clients.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, using omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, outreach, and technology usage.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
• Commission sales experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
