Summary

Provide personalized styling and sales support for women's apparel by building lasting customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions, driving sales through appointments and outreach, and maintaining merchandise presentation. Complete company training and pursue development opportunities within the styling program. Be flexible to work evenings and weekends to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on styling and wardrobe coordination to complete looks
• Use digital tools and social media to engage customers and schedule appointments
• Build and maintain customer relationships with follow up after purchases
• Drive predictable sales through outreach, appointments, and event participation
• Sell across departments and price points to meet sales targets
• Maintain a clean and organized selling space
• Assist with merchandising and handling merchandise throughout the store
• Adapt to changing business needs and multitask in a fast paced environment

Requirements

• Styling knowledge and ability to advise on wardrobe and complete looks
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to build personal client business
• Goal driven with ability to use social media and technology for sales
• Organizational skills and ability to follow through on tasks
• Availability for retail schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds
