Responsibilities- Upload all content and images for the E-Commerce website and digital applications.
- Organize and prioritize assets to ensure timely and accurate publication of content.
- Maintain and update websites using our CMS, incorporating images, copy, and translations provided by Marketing.
- Design customer journeys with cross-functional partners to promote strategic products, brands, and initiatives.
- Brief in asset needs and ensure timely delivery from internal partners.
- Monitor site schedule and ensure digital assets are saved and filed accordingly.
- Review new online content for accuracy and completeness before upload.
- Perform live and testing site audits to address issues such as broken links or incorrect attributes.
- Create and follow up on support tickets with IT, Digital, and external resources to resolve site issues.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth.
- Support occasional special projects involving cross-functional teams.
Requirements- Undergraduate degree in Business, Technology, Ecommerce, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CMS systems, website management, and enforcing online standards.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop for editing and optimizing images is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of usability best practices, UX/UI standards, and information architecture.
- Great attention to detail and highly meticulous.
- Availability to work outside typical office hours periodically.
- Experience with website platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, and Squarespace.
- Effective time management skills and detail orientation.
- Ability to work and thrive in an agile environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Deep knowledge of web and mobile user experience designs and best practices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry trends in online and retail sectors.
- Effective communication skills with people at different organizational levels.
