Job Description

Summary

The Digital Content Publisher supports the e-commerce team by publishing and maintaining content across the website and digital applications. This role coordinates with cross-functional partners to deliver accurate, polished content and improve the online customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Upload and publish website and digital application content, images, and assets using the content management system.
  • Organize assets, maintain publication schedules, and ensure content is timely, accurate, and current.
  • Coordinate with internal partners on customer journeys, content needs, and asset delivery.
  • Audit live and test sites for errors and usability issues, escalating and tracking resolutions as needed.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmark performance, and find opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business, technology, e-commerce, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience with a CMS, website management, and online standards.
  • Experience with website platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, or Squarespace; HTML/CSS knowledge is an asset.
  • Knowledge of usability best practices, UX/UI standards, information architecture, and web and mobile user experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities in an agile environment and periodically work outside typical office hours.
