Digital Graphic Designer

As a Digital Graphic Designer at James Perse, you will be an inspired design talent, supporting our creative vision and enhancing our customer experience through various media, including print and electronic environments. You will develop graphics for communications, website, photo art direction, marketing and publicity material, and other experiential expressions of our brand.

• Find effective and impactful solutions for visual communication from conceptualization through production.
• Create multiple daily marketing emails, website updates, paid ads, photorealistic renderings, mockups, and on-brand graphic presentations.
• Design graphics that communicate the brand’s desired messages in a style and tone consistent with the brand.
• Continuously catalog and analyze previous Company communications and research inspiration from various sources.
• Regularly communicate with the Company’s creative services professionals and consultants.
• Stay current on the latest graphic design techniques, trends, and styles.
• Maximize the use of existing technology and create design efficiencies.
• Ensure brand standards are maintained across marketing collateral, store window graphics, signage, product labeling, and packaging.
• Create professional presentations with alternatives.
• Engage in videography and video editing.

• BA required.
• 3+ years of graphic design experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to articulate and exemplify brand vision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work under multiple deadlines.
• Effective and professional communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Flash, Adobe Final Cut Pro, XHTML, Shopify, and video editing software.
• Competencies in artistic sensibility, creativity, communication skills, organizational agility, problem solving, drive for results, and attention to detail.
