Job Description

Summary

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Harry Rosen, you will play a key role in coordinating affiliate and partnership marketing programs, supporting digital media initiatives, and contributing to brand-building and revenue-driving campaigns. This position offers a hybrid work environment, combining remote work with time at our Central Office in Toronto.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of affiliate marketing programs, including setting up offers, creating tracking links, managing promo codes, and partner communications.
  • Support the execution of partnership campaigns by briefing internal teams, tracking timelines, gathering creative assets, and coordinating approvals.
  • Join partner and agency meetings to take notes and provide follow-up support.
  • Research potential new affiliate and partnership opportunities.
  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns across various channels.
  • Coordinate and manage campaign assets and align delivery timelines with in-market dates.
  • Leverage performance data and insights to support audience targeting and campaign optimizations.
  • Assist in pulling data and compiling post-campaign reports and internal summaries.
  • Support weekly and monthly KPI reporting using internal dashboards and third-party platforms.
  • Help with basic administrative tasks such as coordinating contracts, processing invoices, and tracking budgets.
  • Contribute to process improvements and team operations.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, digital media, or e-commerce role.
  • Experience with affiliate and digital marketing platforms is an asset.
  • Interest or knowledge of luxury fashion and retail space is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
