Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager leads strategic planning execution and optimization of the affiliate and influencer marketing program. This role manages full funnel initiatives drives performance through data driven strategy and partners with agencies vendors and creators to support long term growth across banners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute affiliate influencer strategies for Nordstrom and Rack banners
- Plan and lead campaigns to grow influencer networks and direct creator relationships
- Serve as primary contact for agency partners and affiliate vendors to ensure collaboration and accountability
- Collaborate cross functionally with Paid Brand Merchandising Enablement Product Finance Sourcing and Analytics
- Manage budget forecasting and drive operational improvements and process refinement
- Lead testing and measurement plans to inform strategic direction
- Drive performance through customer led optimizations and data driven initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in affiliate influencer marketing with full program ownership
- Bachelor's degree in marketing advertising business or related field
- Advanced experience with affiliate platforms and creator networks including tracking workflows and incentive models
- Demonstrated ability to lead testing measurement and strategic analysis
- Experience managing agency and vendor relationships to deliver program growth
- Experience managing multi million dollar annual budgets
- Ability to influence and negotiate priorities across stakeholder groups
