Job Description

Summary

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Nordstrom, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences through strategic digital advertising. You will lead a team to expand customer understanding, create meaningful connections, and drive comprehensive marketing strategies, all while fostering a culture of operational excellence and delivering impactful results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to enrich data for media channels to deepen customer understanding and engagement.
  • Develop personalized storytelling capabilities within supported media channels to emotionally connect with customers.
  • Drive customer-focused digital advertising strategies tailored to customer segments and engagement levels.
  • Create efficient, scalable systems rooted in technological advancements, including automation and AI.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field with 7+ years of CRM experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of owned channels, including Email, App Push, and SMS.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs for owned channels and ability to provide actionable insights.
  • Compliance with CAN-SPAM Act regulations in email marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Bluecore, Innervate, Google Analytics, OptiMine, Tableau, and CDPs.
