Job Description

Summary

As a Digital Marketing Specialist - Paid Social, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences through strategic digital advertising. You will be part of a team that focuses on expanding customer understanding, creating meaningful connections, and driving comprehensive marketing strategies. Your success will be measured by your ability to work cross-functionally, communicate effectively, and achieve ambitious goals using scalable systems and innovative technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Expand customer understanding and reach by enriching data for the Paid Social channel and engaging customers digitally.
  • Monitor performance across audience segments and provide analysis and recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop personalized storytelling capabilities within the Paid Social channel and collaborate with the creative team.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Drive customer-focused digital advertising strategies within Paid Social.
  • Contribute to data analysis and make recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Partner with internal teams to educate on Paid Social best practices.
  • Create efficient and scalable systems rooted in technological advancements.
  • Deliver on weekly customer trip and sales targets within the Paid Social channel.
  • Own Paid Social campaign setup, tracking, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular performance reports.
  • Implement bid and budget optimizations to maximize performance outcomes.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in paid social media advertising or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Deep knowledge of paid social media platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.
  • Proven track record of working within high achieving cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to provide diverse perspectives and make thoughtful decisions quickly.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on achieving customer outcomes.
