Job Description

Summary

As a Digital Merchandising Intern at Louis Vuitton, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the online customer experience across the Americas. You will support the online product catalog for key markets, driving sales and engagement through data-driven strategies. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work in a luxurious digital environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and update the Louis Vuitton website, including daily CMS updates and weekly content merchandising.
  • Support digital product and collection launches, especially during peak campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the HQ merchandising team in Paris for timely asset delivery.
  • Maintain site quality by auditing for errors and addressing client feedback.
  • Advise on visuals, copy, and animations while verifying product placement and stock accuracy.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams for seamless product execution across web content.
  • Pull sales reports and analyze performance to find opportunities and improve digital sales.
  • Review product availability and stock forecast for strategic site placement decisions.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field.
  • Digital savvy and tech-friendly with an understanding of digital client experience.
  • Attention to detail and ability to adapt with an analytical mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Able and willing to work at the assigned location or relocate to NYC.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US.
