Responsibilities- Track all phases of the asset creation process to ensure timely capture of global styles.
- Procure and manage photoshoot samples for both on-model and still-life shoots.
- Communicate with Production and 3rd party Licensee vendors to chase outstanding samples.
- Maintain accurate data for sample status and reporting for all seasonal deliveries.
- Utilize internal product information management software to manage multi-brand sample receipt.
- Coordinate shoot planning with manager and studio production team.
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Support management and execution of supplemental content solutions.
- Create and assign monthly team workflow schedules.
- Manage incremental photoshoots for wholesale partners.
- Prepare product status reports for global regions.
- Ensure accurate imagery on site through weekly product audits.
- Coordinate shooting priorities with Supervisor for internal and 3rd party studios.
- Facilitate shipping and receiving of samples between LIC and international studios.
- Host seasonal kick-off meetings with studio styling team.
- Assist Manager and Lead of Digital Operations on ad-hoc projects.
