Support the e-commerce merchandising operations to optimize RalphLauren.com by analyzing site metrics and customer behavior, maintaining product and category pages, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve conversion and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Analyze site metrics and customer feedback to identify conversion and revenue opportunities
- Set up and maintain product pages, category pages, and cross-sells to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Collaborate with Buying Marketing Creative and Technology to align on brand priorities and assortment
- Assist with A/B test setup and execution to evaluate customer behavior
- Implement sorting rules changes on category pages to improve shopping journey
- Execute and support product recommendation strategies such as Complete the Look
- Work with Site Content to track products featured in content and support brand storytelling
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce merchandising or related role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics tools preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focused with interest in understanding and driving user behavior
- Flexible positive attitude and ability to pivot across multiple tasks
