Summary
Lead enterprise digital strategy and innovation by developing forward-looking plans that anticipate industry shifts and drive business transformation. Partner cross-functionally to embed digital priorities, test and scale emerging technologies, and convert concepts into measurable enterprise capabilities. Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, championing experimentation and external partnerships to accelerate digital initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute digital strategies aligned with enterprise growth goals.
- Lead product and program management from ideation through launch with measurable impact.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across technology, commercial, marketing, retail, operations, finance, and communications.
- Design and run experiments and pilots for emerging technologies and business models.
- Develop business cases, secure funding approvals, and define KPIs and reporting frameworks.
- Establish governance, best practices, and scalable frameworks for innovation and experimentation.
- Build and manage external partnerships with technology vendors and startups.
- Drive change management and adoption of digital tools and practices across the enterprise.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in digital strategy, product management, or innovation in retail, consumer, or technology industries.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, data platforms, and digital product lifecycles.
- Experience with ecommerce, mobile app, and omnichannel initiatives at global scale.
- Proven people management experience with supervisory accountability.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to build business cases and measure ROI.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills for senior leaders.
- Demonstrated experience accelerating innovation and conducting competitive and trend analysis.
