Digital Stylist Assistant

As a Digital Stylist Assistant, you will support digital stylists in delivering personalized fashion experiences to eCommerce customers. You will work mostly remotely, with occasional on-site visits to stores for client appointments and merchandise photography. Your role is to ensure customers feel like VIPs throughout their shopping journey.

• Process customer orders and manage the process through to delivery.
• Leverage internal business partnerships to source products and handle customer inquiries.
• Creatively solve customer service problems with minimal direction.
• Maintain an organized tracking process to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries.
• Make outfit recommendations as requested.
• Take quality photography at local stores for customer communications.
• Be available for occasional evening and weekend work as scheduled.

• Strong organizational skills with a focus on follow-through.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Flexibility in working approach.
• Proficiency in computer systems and confidence in learning new platforms.
• Fashion sensibility and ability to build positive relationships.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
