As a Directeur de Vente - Beauté at Holt Renfrew, you will lead a team of sales associates to enhance the customer experience and achieve sales goals while providing an engaging employee experience.

• Achieve sales targets for multiple areas of responsibility.

• Oversee designated sales advisor programs and collaborate with vendors.
• Recognize and reward extraordinary performance and develop improvement plans for underperforming employees.
• Lead the team in developing and expanding an active client base.
• Implement customer relationship management and loyalty programs.
• Act as the store director on duty as needed.
• Set high standards for merchandise presentation at all times.
• Regularly evaluate stock performance and create improvement strategies.
• Participate in the development and influence seasonal store plans.
• Identify opportunities to drive business activities.
• Manage payroll budgets while ensuring appropriate coverage levels.
• Maintain operational awareness of in-store concessions to ensure consistent customer service.
• Comply with health and safety policies and requirements.
• Ensure privacy protection, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity measures.

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience with sales-driving responsibilities.
• Proven experience in exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Ability to quickly adopt/initiate changes.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
