Director Architecture Design

As the Director of Architecture and Design at RH, you will lead and oversee the architectural and design initiatives from our Home Office in Corte Madera, CA. You will be responsible for driving innovative design solutions and ensuring the highest standards of architectural excellence.

• Lead and manage the architecture and design team to deliver innovative and high-quality design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business objectives.
• Oversee the development and implementation of architectural standards and guidelines.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

• 5+ years of experience in architecture and design leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering successful design projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
