Job Description

Summary

As the Director of Client Development and Experience at the Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive Boutique, you will lead the clienteling strategy and enhance the client journey in line with Dior's business strategy. You will act as the main ambassador for top clients, developing relationships and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead execution of Zone Client strategy and development culture within the Boutique.
  • Implement personalized strategies for top clients and create client journeys.
  • Partner with Events and CRM teams to develop market-appropriate client experiences.
  • Coach teams on quality and personalized client outreach.
  • Identify new networking opportunities to recruit new clients.
  • Develop and maintain the Boutique animation calendar.
  • Implement and elevate Dior Selling Ceremony standards.
  • Ensure qualitative Client journey across all touch points.
  • Build a strong network in the Beverly Hills market.
  • Partner with Retail Training team to engage with Sales Associates.
  • Guide Sales Associates in executing appointments for high-profile clients.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in client development and experience roles.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients.
  • Excellent communication and diplomatic skills.
  • Experience in luxury retail environments.
