Director Client Development and Experience - House of Dior

As the Director of Client Development and Experience at the House of Dior in Beverly Hills, you will lead the clienteling strategy to enhance client relationships and drive sales. You will act as the Top Client Ambassador, ensuring an exceptional client journey and promoting the Dior brand within the local community.

• Define and implement clienteling strategy across all client tiers in partnership with the VP.
• Develop and grow top-tier clients and recruit new clients through strategic outreach.
• Manage VIP rooms and coordinate events to engage and recruit clients.
• Lead the hospitality team and oversee food and beverage offerings for clients.
• Reinforce Dior standards and strive for excellence in client interactions.
• Collaborate with various teams to support client development and experience initiatives.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in client development or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients.
• Experience in managing events and hospitality services.
• Knowledge of the luxury retail market and clienteling strategies.
