Job Description

Summary

As the Director of Client Development and Experience at the House of Dior in Beverly Hills, you will lead the clienteling strategy to enhance client relationships and experiences. You will act as the Top Client Ambassador, working closely with the Private Client Relations team to grow and develop top-tier clients, recruit new clients, and cultivate relationships within the local society.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and ensure a differentiated and exceptional client journey and selling ceremony.
  • Manage VIP rooms and develop a calendar of events to engage and recruit clients.
  • Lead the hospitality team and oversee the food and beverage offerings for clients.
  • Reinforce Dior standards and strive for excellence in client interactions.
  • Promote a culture of client development and experience within the boutique.
  • Partner with various teams to develop market-appropriate client experiences.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in client development or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients.
  • Experience in managing events and hospitality services.
  • Knowledge of the Beverly Hills market and networking opportunities.
