Summary
Senior digital commerce leader responsible for managing the ecommerce .com experience, driving site operations, UX and conversion optimization, and developing partnership and marketplace strategies. This role leads cross functional initiatives, manages direct and indirect reports and external development partners, and executes go-to-market plans for product launches and promotions. Based in the New York headquarters full time.
Responsibilities
- Lead day to day operations of the global ecommerce store and manage ecommerce team.
- Optimize site merchandising, taxonomy, assortment and critical path to improve conversion.
- Develop and execute testing roadmap and report results to leadership.
- Direct front and back end development teams to improve AOV CVR and customer journey.
- Partner with UX UI designer to implement enhancement roadmap.
- Oversee site components of product launches promotional events and semi annual sales.
- Improve site technical performance SEO and GEO optimization.
- Manage campaign calendar planning and partner with paid media to optimize conversion.
- Lead development and onboarding of marketplace and affiliate sales channels.
Requirements
- 8 years of relevant ecommerce and site management experience with at least 1 year team management.
- Proven leadership ability to mobilize teams and projects.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data driven decisions.
- In depth knowledge of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing tools and UX UI best practices.
- Experience managing front and back end development partners and Shopify Plus.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics TripleWhale and common analytics tools.
- Experience with Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Retail D2C experience preferred preferably in luxury fashion or accessories.
