This role designs and scales the systems, workflows, and partnerships that enable rapid testing and iteration, drives measurable digital performance, and preserves creative excellence at scale.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the end-to-end digital creative operations lifecycle, including intake, prioritization, workflow design, documentation, communication, trafficking, delivery, repurposing, and archiving
  • Design and implement agile, scalable processes that support rapid launches, A/B testing, social responsiveness, and multi-platform output
  • Lead capacity planning and resource allocation across all digital workstreams to optimize speed, quality, and efficiency
  • Define, track, and analyze digital-specific KPIs, including content velocity, time to publish, throughput, rework, and performance lift
  • Oversee budgets, external vendors, and production partners, ensuring cost efficiency and operational discipline
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, providing clear ownership of timelines, priorities, and delivery expectations
  • Ensure alignment across creative, marketing, technology, and analytics teams to maintain brand integrity and elevate the end-to-end digital customer experience
  • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, service, and data-informed decision-making
  • Anticipate and adapt to evolving digital trends, including short-form video, AI-enabled creative workflows, platform shifts, and accessibility standards

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of experience in digital creative operations, production, or related disciplines within e-commerce, in-house teams, or agency environments
  • 5+ years of experience building and scaling digital creative workflows and leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Strong executive-level communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional partners
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-channel initiatives involving budgeting, scheduling, prioritization, and risk management

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Perform work in an office or studio environment, including extended periods working at a computer
  • Use standard office equipment and technology for extended periods
  • Visually review digital assets, creative materials, and performance data with attention to detail

Salary range: $150,000 - $215,000 Annually.
