Responsibilities
- Build trust and collaborative relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Frame complex problems using hypothesis led and data informed methods.
- Conduct and participate in advanced analytics and act as an individual contributor when needed.
- Create compelling verbal and written stories to support commercial decision making.
- Identify and pursue enterprise value creation opportunities with executive partners.
- Manage project teams and direct reports in an apprenticeship model.
- Lead and develop talent through coaching, feedback, and opportunity creation.
- Ensure solutions achieve enterprise adoption and measurable impact.
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent degree.
- 7 years of prior work experience.
- Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or retail preferred.
- Strong ownership mindset focused on driving results and adoption.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and storytelling skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop top tier talent.
- High levels of humility, curiosity, and the ability to hold constructive tension.
