Director Facilities - Centralized Operations And Programs

Summary

The Director of Facilities Centralized Operations and Programs leads multi-site facilities programs, including soft services, utilities, safety, and engineering services. The role establishes shared governance and operating practices while managing suppliers, budgets, performance, and cross-functional partnerships. It also builds and develops a coordinated Facilities Business Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery, standards, vendor performance, and cost management across facilities programs.
• Build and maintain PMO governance, intake, prioritization, metrics, and delivery cadences.
• Coordinate program milestones and resolve dependencies with facilities and cross-functional leaders.
• Lead change management, business integration, executive reporting, and adoption of new tools.
• Build and lead the team, develop direct reports, and communicate recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10 or more years of progressive program management, business operations, or PMO leadership experience in a large multi-site environment.
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience with direct reports.
• Experience owning outsourced service programs and building or evolving a PMO in a matrixed organization.
• Strong financial, vendor management, change management, cross-functional partnership, and executive communication skills.
