Requirements- 10+ years of multi-door sales experience in prestige cosmetics or retail.
- Ability to travel 70% of the time with flexible work hours.
- Experience managing and driving retail results with department and specialty stores.
- Proven success in leading a large team and fostering team development.
- Experience in hiring, training, and developing sales personnel.
- Strong understanding of beauty and fragrance brands and competitive positioning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to network and establish strong client relationships.
- Experience in developing innovative in-store events and solutions.
- Experience using analytical metrics to assess business performance.
