- Prepare narratives around Store Operations performance and delivery of commitments.
- Provide decision support and analytics to drive intended outcomes.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in finance or economics with scope and accountability progression.
- Strong team leader with a passion for teaching early and mid-career professionals.
- Skilled with corporate metrics and analytical methods.
- Experienced in driver-based model building that is scalable and flexible.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Highly collaborative and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to translate financial analysis into actionable business communications.
