Responsibilities- Partner closely with the VP Finance, Industrial to deliver strategic financial insights and operational guidance across a global network of manufacturing facilities.
- Support Operations in establishing and monitoring benchmarks and KPIs to drive business strategy, providing variance analysis to track performances.
- Develop and implement standardized financial analytics and reporting tools across all manufacturing sites.
- Conduct weekly and monthly financial reviews of manufacturing facilities to identify inefficiencies and operational challenges.
- Integrate financial and operational data to enable advanced planning, forecasting, and scenario-based analysis.
- Lead a high-performing Finance team by enhancing analytical depth and communication effectiveness.
- Translate complex financial concepts into clear, operationally relevant terms to support effective decision-making.
- Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities to support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze complex financial statements, identifying key trends across expenses, revenues, assets, and liabilities.
- Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in Finance, with a strong background in operational Finance, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
- Expertise in FP&A, cost accounting, and performance measurement.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives from planning through implementation.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
- CPA or Master’s degree preferred.
