Job Description

Summary

As the Director of Global Influencer Strategy, you will lead the development and execution of influencer strategies that align with our brand's integrated communication plans. Based in New York, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand's presence across all platforms and markets, ensuring consistent execution and achieving key performance indicators.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and define the influencer brand strategy within integrated communication plans.
  • Manage the external influencer content program, overseeing workflow and asset delivery.
  • Create global guidelines and frameworks for regional teams to implement.
  • Lead the creation of innovative and engaging content for brand and lifestyle campaigns.
  • Utilize insights to optimize and scale campaigns, making performance measurable.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align influencer strategies with global campaigns.
  • Identify synergies within Consumer Marketing to amplify brand awareness and engagement.
Requirements
  • 8-12+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid network of industry contacts.
  • Excellent project management and creative judgment skills.
  • Proficiency in influencer and social media metrics and monitoring tools.
  • Technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting.
