SummaryThe Director of Global Pricing and Product Reporting/Analytics will lead a hybrid area that spans global pricing and portfolio reporting and analytics. This role involves driving factual alignment and promoting a shared understanding of business performance drivers through various dashboards, standard, and ad hoc sales reporting and analysis. The Director will support decision-making with the development and evolution of product and zone reporting and analysis, optimized with the most relevant data and technology.
Responsibilities- Manage global pricing, including pricing analytics and optimization, market pricing management, competitive pricing analysis, and price evolution management.
- Lead product reporting and analysis focused on sales composition intersections for a broad internal audience.
- Drive high-level and in-depth analyses to dimensionalize data and KPIs across geographies.
- Promote continuous deliverable improvement and evolution of period reporting and metrics.
- Provide ad hoc managerial support to divisional/senior leadership on deep dives and presentation development.
- Drive alignment of strategic and operational objectives and their communication throughout appropriate departments.
- Develop, train, and coach team to be effective, collaborative, and results-oriented.
Requirements- 10+ years of experience in planning, strategy, or business analytics, preferably with luxury brands.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze performance/metrics to drive key insights.
- Extensive experience in developing complex reporting and data manipulation, financial and sensitivity modeling.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Quick-thinking and entrepreneurial, comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership skills to build and develop a solid team.
- Strong interpersonal, partnership, communication, and influence management skills.
