- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure strategic direction is aligned and obstacles are removed.
- Provide support to adapt and perfect service delivery to clients.
- Demonstrate leadership by setting clear expectations and holding the team accountable.
- Commit to hiring top talent and creating a robust talent pipeline.
- Develop current talent by closing skill gaps and maximizing staff potential.
- Create financial and staffing plans considering historical trends.
- Forecast demand and capacity and manage staff levels.
- Develop and execute capital improvement plans on time and on budget.
- Ensure compliance in all aspects of the business.
- Develop business continuity and contingency plans.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7 - 10 years of management experience.
- Ability to develop and lead a high performing team with demonstrated talent management skills.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and identify improvements.
- Ability to develop, analyze, and present business strategies using strong communication skills.
- Ability to inspire trust and integrity in employees at all levels.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytical applications preferred.
- Experience in an operations, craft, or luxury environment preferred.
- Occasional business travel and weekend work required.
