Director, Human Resources, Latin America & Caribbean

Summary

The Human Resources Director will support corporate and retail teams across the Latin America and Caribbean region. This role partners with leadership to align HR initiatives with business priorities and improve performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The Director will also collaborate with the Americas HR team on regional and global initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee relations, talent acquisition, development, and retention.
• Lead performance management, career development, organizational design, and succession planning.
• Manage compliance and employee engagement across the region.
• Build an understanding of business operations and strategic priorities to shape people-focused solutions.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in human resources and people management.
• Luxury retail experience required; Latin American and Caribbean market experience highly desirable.
• Fluency in English required; Portuguese, Spanish, and/or French preferred.
• Strong communication, team-building, collaboration, and people-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, provide objective feedback, and work in a complex, fast-paced environment.
