Director, Infrastructure

Summary

The Director of Infrastructure leads IT strategy and operations across the organization, aligning technology initiatives with business and global objectives. This role oversees infrastructure, staff, budgets, vendors, projects, and technical support while reporting on performance to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine IT strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage IT staff, including hiring, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Oversee networks, hardware, software, business applications, and help desk operations.
• Manage IT budgets, forecasts, spending reports, vendor relationships, and project delivery.
• Ensure technical support issues are resolved effectively and service level targets are met.

Requirements

• Eight or more years of direct management experience leading IT support professionals, including support leaders and managers.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Expertise with MS Office Suite, O365, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Windows Servers, and networking protocols.
• Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
