Job Description

Summary

The Director of Operational Transformation and Innovation at Louis Vuitton Client Services will oversee the development and implementation of strategies aimed at improving operational capabilities and driving innovation. This role requires a strong commercial mindset and the ability to build authentic relationships within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
  • Establish performance metrics and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate operational efficiency and identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in processes and streamline workflows for greater productivity.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing employee understanding of various process improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Partner with all aspects of the business including key stakeholders to identify areas for overall business performance enhancement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Validated 8+ years’ experience in Corporate/Sector Strategy within an internal capacity or at a management consulting firm.
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in French and/or Spanish would be highly helpful.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence business partners at all levels.
  • Strong familiarity with digital technologies such as process automation, data analytics, ERP systems which are essential for modernizing operations.
